What is Printful and how does it work with my order?

Printful is a print-on-demand fulfillment company that partners with our store to print and ship your products. When you place an order with us, Printful prints the design on the item that you've selected like a t-shirt or hoodie and then they ship it directly to you. This means we do not hold inventory, and each product is made to order.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

once you place your order, Printful typically takes 2-7 business days to print and process the items. After that, the shipping time depends on location.

Domestic orders (within the US): 3-10 business days.

International orders: 7-21 business days depending on location.

You will receive a tracking number once you order has shipped, so you follow its journey.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of print-on-demand services, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If your item arrives damaged or there was error with your order (e.g., wrong design, wrong size), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

What happens if my item is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us right away. We'll work with Printful to investigate and send you a replacement. Make sure to send us a photo of the damaged product to help us process the claim.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Printful offers international shipping to 28 countries. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location. When you checkout you will be able to select your shipping option and see the estimated delivery date.

Please note that some international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What sizes do your clothing products come in?

We offer a wide range of sizes for our clothing products, from XS to 5XL, depending on the item. Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the perfect fit. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order to ensure you get the right size.

How can I track my order using the Shop app?

Once you place an order using your email at checkout, you can easily track it through the Shop App. If you've already downloaded the app and are signed in with the same email used at checkout, your order will appear automatically. There is no need to enter a tracking number.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, due to the print-on-demand process, orders are processed and printed quickly. Once your order is confirmed, we cannot make changes or cancel it. How ever, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Are the products eco-friendly?

Yes! Many of our products are made from eco-friendly materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester and other sustainable products. Printful also offers environmentally- conscious printing processes, like water-based inks. Check the product descriptions for specific information on the materials used.

How does shipping work with Printful?

Printful ships your order directly from their fulfillment centers. They use trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx and DHL to deliver orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping methods you select.

Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes, you can order items in bulk. However, since our products are made to order through Printful, we do not offer bulk discounts at this time. Each item is produced individually to ensure quality, even for large orders. If you are looking to place a large order and have questions about turnaround time or shipping, feel free to reach out!
